Hi! I’m Hannah and I am currently intercalating in Global Health, after completing my third year of medicine. I am hoping to pursue a career in Trauma or Emergency Medicine, with a keen interest in the paediatric side to this. I can’t wait to get stuck in I love taking on a challenge, so outside of uni you will catch me running, jetting around the world or making an (albeit questionable) attempt at yoga.
Hi everyone! My name is Mustafa, I've completed my third year of med school and I'm intercalating in Management this year. I am the Training Officer for this year's Emergency Medicine so I'll be very involved in the events, seminars and teaching sessions that the society will be organising for you all this year. If you have any questions at all, related to the society or now, feel free to approach me or contact me over social media and I'll be more than happy to help out. I hope you all have a fantastic year and we can deliver some outstanding events for you this year!
Jonny is a third-year medical student having joined the EMS in his first year wanting to find out more about EM. He comes to GKT as a physiology grad from Bristol where he learned the best way to get involved is to throw yourself into something wholeheartedly. Having spent some time working in healthcare since graduating, he’s sure he wants a career in medicine where every day is very different... maybe EM is the answer?
Joyce is a fourth-year medical student and is new to the EMS committee this year. She has interests in PHEM, cardiology, and anaesthetics, and is currently intercalating in PHEM at Barts. When not volunteering as an Emergency Responder with London Ambulance Service, she spends her time baking and dreaming about the day she’ll own a cat sanctuary.
Henny is a fourth-year medical student and is new to EM committee. She is excited to promote the society and get as many people on the PCP and to our forums as possible. Beyond medicine, Henny loves hockey, cycling and cooking.
